INGREDIENTS:

1 sachet vanilla complete protein powder

1 ripe banana - mashed

2 eggs

METHOD:

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat a heavy based pan on medium high heat and coat with coconut oil.

Ladle in desired amount of mixture and cook until top has bubbled.

Flip and cook other side.

Serve with some rice malt syrup and your favourite berries
