SMASHED AVO
INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe avocado - peeled and deseeded
Juice from 1/2 lime
Himalayan salt and pepper
2 slices of our nut and seed loaf
METHOD:
Place avocado, lime, salt and pepper in a bowl and mash to combine.
Toast the nut and seed loaf and smother avocado spread to serve.
For added protein you can serve with 1 poached egg
