CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 tbs Flaxseeds

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbs raw cacao powder

1 tbs almond butter

1 scoop Chocolate Complete Powder

1 handful spinach

1 cup almond or coconut milk

2 each of your fruit, vegetable and berry capsules - whole

METHOD

Soak flaxseeds in almond or coconut milk for 10 mins (or overnight if you’re that organised!).

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth.

Top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs if desired.
