PINA COLADA
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1 sachet vanilla complete protein powder
1 tbsp white chia seeds
5 macadamia nuts
METHOD:
Place everything in your blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more/less liquid to gain desired consistency.
