COOKIE DOUGH BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup whole oats
1 sachet vanilla complete protein powder
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/3 cup of dark choc chips
1-2 tsp of vanilla paste
METHOD:
Place the cashews into a food processor or blender and blend until a fine crumb with no chunks and empty into a bowl.
Place the whole oats into the processor or blender and do the same until a fine flour like consistency and then add into the bowl with the cashew flour.
Add rice malt syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla complete, vanilla paste and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips so they are distributed into the batter and all combined - the mixture should be sticky.
Wet your hands and roll into evenly sized small balls and set in the freezer.
