PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 eggs
3 tbs oats or quinoa flakes
1 sachet vanilla or chocolate complete powder
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
Heat pan over medium to high heat and melt 1/2 tsp coconut oil.
Cook 2 tbs batter until bubbling and cooked on one side.
Flip and cook until browned.
