SLOW COOKER RICE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown rise - rinsed
4 cups coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbs maple syrup
METHOD
Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring 3 times throughout cooking.
Serve with coconut yogurt and mixed berries . Or search our caramelised bananas and top with them.
