CINNAMON DELIGHT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet vanilla complete

2 eggs

1-2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup gluten free or buckwheat flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

3 tbs coconut or almond milk

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender and mix until smooth.

Add extra milk if needed for desired consistency.

Heat a heavy based frypan with coconut oil over medium high heat.

Cook until bubbles appear on top and flip carefully.

Serve with maple syrup and your favourite fruit toppings.
