OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 sachet complete protein (either flavour)
Topping Suggestions
fruit
shredded coconut
nuts + seeds
cinnamon
small drizzle of honey
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a container and store in the fridge overnight.
Serve the next morning with your favourite toppings.
