PUMPKIN BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS:
3.5 cups steamed pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup cacao nibs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oat flour
1/3 cup collagen - plain vanilla
or chocolate
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients in food processor.
Add to slice tray and bake at 200 for 30 mins.
