BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3 tbs coconut flour
3 tbs almond meal
1 tbs baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1/4 cup dark choc chips (optional)
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until skewer come out clean.
